As
in years past, we would like to showcase some of Iowa’s
budding young artists.
This year the contest is open to Elementary
School students K-5th grade. This is a perfect opportunity for students
to learn more about Iowa’s own Grant Wood.
The badge itself is an important part of the Grant
Wood Art Festival serving as admission to view the
originals, watch performers and view other exhibits.
This year again, all badge entries will be displayed
at the Grant Wood Art Festival. A press release will
be sent to Iowa Newspapers and Networks about the
winners of the button contest and the schools
participating. |
